As mentioned in other reviews. The sole of this shoe is falling apart. For the first month of use, I had to apply Crazy Glue to the part of the sole that was separating from the shoe. Now I glue a different part of the sole every week to avoid tripping. My doctor recommended them for my plantar fasciitis. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
