I like how easy it was to get started using this platform. The customer service team has also been very helpful throughout my use case development phase with them! They have great product knowledge and always make sure you understand everything as if its your own implementation project. We needed an enterprise solution which could be used by multiple customers across different geographies without having dedicated resources in each location (i.e., we can't afford to deploy people on every geography where interoptex was implemented). To solve these problems, iPAAS fit into all 3 points mentioned above and their support structure helped us overcome most issues related to infrastructure requirements such a security certificates. One thing to keep track off - they charge extra when using third party connectors/APIs (such as Salesforce) compared to connecting directly via API endpoints. The benefits include being able to scale globally at low cost while minimizing operational overhead costs associated with deploying software engineers etc locally for local clients.
