A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

On my disk: model name SEAGATE Expansion Portable Drive, model SRD0NF1, 1Tb, assembled by Nemko in China. The actual read speed (135,000 kb / s) and write (114,000 kb / s) is 2 times higher than stated in the specifications (in conjunction with a 512mb SSD on a laptop via Total comander). I have been using it almost every day on my desktop for six months for quick exchange and storage of files in a personal archive, I am very pleased.

Pros

lightweight, compact, capacious, and most importantly very smart

Cons

rather than a drawback, but a wish: the USB cable is longer and softer. The included cord is short and stiff for me, which gives the USB3 jack extra lateral stress.
