Update May 2016: In the places of greatest stretching, an inner coating is coming off the threads, making the fabric more transparent. Probably retiring soon. Good silencers. 2 years later: + stitches are strong + fabric is in excellent condition - I find the stripes around the knee hem too tight - they visually cut into my legs but I never notice it in the pool - the color of the stitching is fading The rest is rather pale indigo as dark blue, probably due to chlorine, although I rinse, wring and dry it thoroughly after each use.
