12 Luxury Hotel & Spa bath towels and matching (same brand) 24 face towels, 6 hand towels and 2 bath mats (total 44 towels) Ordered Thursday night and they arrived on Saturday just before Christmas. Upon arrival they had no foreign odors and were soft. I split the laundry into 3 loads, using 2 cups of white vinegar (generic brand) for each load and didn't use dryer sheets. They came out of the dryer even softer; corresponds to the quality of a good hotel or spa. Here are some photos. I put an iron in one so you can get an idea of how thick the towels are. Also, as you can see, there were very few loose threads that had to be trimmed after all the towels were cleaned. Finally, as expected, a small amount of palm-sized lint remained on the dryer screen after each load of the dryer. I am very happy with the purchase. Quality, price and delivery time deserve 5 stars.
