Install according to the instructions. Attached the drill and I started my first cut. Everything seemed to be going well until suddenly the metal attachment on my drill came loose. I turned the drill off and found that the hole in the stand that the drill goes in was FOLDED onto my drill. After many attempts, it finally got free, but my drill is completely destroyed. The part that opens and closes the bit holder merges into one piece. Doesn't spin anymore. Now it's useless. Needless to say I am not happy with this and hope the seller is willing to do something to rectify the situation.
