I can return the product, I bought the wrong SFP for my device. Wanted to use the SFP port for the uplink to my router to free the port. Both the router and the switch have GB, so I figured that would work. No, I did some research to find out why and found that I needed 10/100/1000 SFP, which this article clearly isn't. My fault! I contacted the seller and quickly received a reply confirming my find. I am impressed with QSFPTEK. I bought the cheapest RJ45 SFP and got an email reply. They offered to return it. Good service. I will look for their products.
