Good quality. More than 8 than 10.
It is so sweet! I would say it fits an 8 more than a 10 because the waist is a little tight and it's a little shorter than it should be for a 10. The pockets are a really nice touch. It looks like a good quality fabric and should be able to take some wear and tear. This is a really adorable skirt and I highly recommend it!
- Ruffles on the skirt spice up every outfit.
- The simplicity of the design may not appeal to some children who prefer more elaborate clothing.
