Works great with my Galaxy S10e for Dex. All ports including Ethernet work perfectly. Other docking hubs I've seen/tried have short short cords to connect your phone to, but this adds up to a good 3ft, making it easier to use for actual phone calls. But I don't understand the need for constant (and bright) LED lighting around the base of the device that doesn't provide any functionality. It's useless and distracting, especially in a dark room. 1 star for adding a silly feature nobody wants; Another star off because you can't turn it off. Edit: After a few months (and thick layers of black tape over the annoying LED backlight) I'm upgrading this product to 5 stars. What I had failed to mention in my previous rush was that I had tried several "cheaper" options with my phone that only worked twice as fast on the first try. Typically, enabling the DEX required frequent unplugging and reconnecting of the USB cable. This device does it first time every time. I recommend anyone who uses DEX regularly to skip the cheaper options and just go for the reliable one. Especially if you have a smaller Galaxy phone like the 10e, which is much more unpredictable when running DEX than, say, the larger Note series.
