A dermatologist friend of mine recommended these to reduce the size of the sebum (google it, seriously) on my nose. As it improved, all of the blackheads on my nose swelled up and became very fluffy. I tried for another week to see if it was just my skin getting used to the new product, but I ended up with huge, painful pimples with a black center on my T-zone, nose and cheekbones my eye sockets. I went back to my previous benzoyl peroxide cleanser and saw improvement within a week. I returned this product because it is too expensive to make matters worse.
