EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is an update from a previous review, I have to say the customer service from Vinkor was fantastic, I ordered this candle and when I received it not working properly and sent it back and posted my problem as i have a few others from other manufacturers and never had a problem. The next day I received an email asking if they could replace the problematic spark plug and two days later I got a new spark plug. Now it's GREAT customer service (which is rare these days). I would definitely recommend Wincor.
