Installation was easy. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST! There is more than enough material for installation. The adapter is slim and makes installation even easier (see photo). If you've never installed a faucet, don't hire anyone. YOU CAN DO IT! Our water tastes better than before. Customer service helped order replacement filters. I prefer not to use two identical filters in step 2 and 3. Six different filters can be used in step 3: FI-CHLORAMINE, FI-FLOURIDE, FI-CERAMI, FI-PHPLUS, FI-NITRATE and FI-ARSENICH. We recommend
