In short. Measurements: length is correct, width is narrower than expected. The true color is a medium to neutral brown. Much has been written about size. Shoe sizes vary from brand to brand, just like any other piece of clothing. For me, 80% of the shoes are in size 9.5 (US men's model). This is the size I ordered and they fit perfectly in length. The width is a bit narrow and I have a narrow foot. The average width is usually too wide for me, but I order these and I fully understand that the true owner of the average width will find them too narrow. Luckily, at least in the shoes I received, the leather, which doesn't feel like premium leather due to its stiffness, actually softens and stretches to form the shape of the foot after hours of wear in warm, humid environments. They'll never fit as luxuriously as a pair of Clark suede moccasins, but they won't be as flimsy either. They feel firm enough to withstand everyday use while still providing adequate protection for the foot. The only negative I can find is the ads. It's clear that the shoes labeled "Cookie Dough" and those labeled "Navy" actually share the same image. The navy blue shoes are original and the cookie dough shoes have been "photoshopped" to change color. (Of course, it seems easier to just take another shot.) The color in the display is far from the same. The real color is called "tan" which is printed on the box. It is a medium tone and the "brown tone" is neither red nor orange but a very neutral brown. But I knew that before I ordered them because I saw them personally in a department store. However, I have often skipped these shoes at Revain as the color is very uncomfortable for my eyes. If I had known the true color I would have bought it a few months ago.
