Too small. Too narrow.

Shoes look good but run small. It's so narrow I suspect what I have could be a manufacturing defect. I usually wear 10-10.5. I originally ordered a size 11 based on the reviews here but returned it as it was too small. Then I ordered 11.5 and it was smaller and narrower than 11. Conclusion: looks great, but you can keep looking.

Stylish and comfortable

I like the color very much. It is easy to pair with jeans or slacks but looks gorgeous. I wanted something to wear and go with and it's perfect.

NOT LEATHER LINING for men

This is not a leather shoe lining. The description is misleading. If you need genuine leather lining, choose Born-Men's Harmon.

Pros
  • understandable also for the old ones
Cons
  • Expensive

Men's color and fit

In short. Measurements: length is correct, width is narrower than expected. The true color is a medium to neutral brown. Much has been written about size. Shoe sizes vary from brand to brand, just like any other piece of clothing. For me, 80% of the shoes are in size 9.5 (US men's model). This is the size I ordered and they fit perfectly in length. The width is a bit narrow and I have a narrow foot. The average width is usually too wide for me, but I order these and I fully understand that the…

Probably worth the dollar

These comfortable, ultra-light leather shoes sport the lobster logo, albeit red rather than crab-like. I started with the $20 plastic shoes, switched to the more comfortable but heavier and hotter Italian slip-ons (Skechers) and eventually discovered this unknown brand. She. Do not judge all shoes from this manufacturer, only the size. I also ordered the same size and brand but in perforated brown (nubuck 9.5). My right heel keeps slipping in it, making it impractical for long walks down the…

Order one size larger!

Like many other shoes, this shoe runs small. I ordered a half size larger than usual (and I have a lot of Born slippers for everyday wear). When I tried them on they were still quite tight. What I noticed about this model is that the insole is not sewn in the same way as some other models. I took out the insole and noticed that it was quite thick, I replaced it with a Powerstep insole which has a different camber than another pair of shoes and the shoe fitted perfectly. If you are okay with…

Comfortable shoes, a little tight.

I read the reviews and they indicated the technique is undersized. I order a size 14 and I usually wear a size 13. They fit well in length but are quite tight. Although the leather is quite nice and stretched to fit my foot perfectly, they are very comfortable now. In general I really like them, especially the leather.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Something else
