The joystick and the monitor controls are located on the back.

I ordered four of these items and one of them had a dead pixel. When I attached it to a dual desktop stand with a Vesa connection, the tripod socket interfered with horizontal movement. The joystick, as well as the monitor controls, are located on the back of the monitor and are very awkward to control because. I have 6 monitors side by side. I have to move my monitors when trying to access the joystick on the back. Otherwise the quality of the monitor is very good.
