After 4 uses the pad comes off the roller

Impressed at first but after only 4 uses any glue they use to stick the felt roller and felt comes off. Tried to email mfg and Amazon said the email was unreachable. UPDATE, Mfg saw my Revain email and provided a replacement which I just received today. I've used it once and will upgrade again after a few uses but excellent customer service from this manufacturer. I have used the replacement roller many times and it works the same as the Shark roller. Excellent customer service. I will buy again.
