USB-C dongle for iPad/iPhone to access the following ports: - USB-A - Audio - SD card and micro SD card - USB-C for power supply. I chose this to simplify mounting GoPro videos to SD card and iPad for quick and easy editing. Playing video straight from the card is choppy (i.e. not fast enough), video skips and speeds up, but it's enough to ensure it's the correct video to import. I don't record in 4k either, just 1080p. So it's not about the size of the video. The biggest hurdle to accepting this is that your iPad/phone must be NAKED. It won't work even in the thinnest of cases. I tried the Switch Easy case on my iPad, which has edges of around 1mm and is way too thick, even after removing a small piece that would otherwise help stabilize the key against the device. I'll keep it, it's small enough to toss in my camera bag, but I rarely want to take my expensive iPad Pros out of their protective case so unlikely to be used again.
