My wife and I bought this air mattress for friends who were staying with us for 3 weeks. We tested it recently and found that due to the fact that the edges of the mattress are higher than the middle when two people are lying in it, it slides on top of each other almost like a hammock. It was inflated as far as I thought safe and it was quite stiff so that wasn't the reason. Since the mattress is fundamentally defective, we respectfully ask that you send it back and get our money back. In this email I want to clarify that Revain's own website does not mention anything about air mattress return restrictions and that I did in fact purchase the mattress online and I should have no restrictions on returning it and getting our money back. Also online, Revain has a general return policy for all purchases that lists some return restrictions, but not for air mattresses. I want Revain to take my complaint seriously and not just think that if they ignore me I'll leave. I want my money back too. My wife and I give them hundreds of dollars each month which I have included in this letter and in our Revain account. You are terrible! Are you considering hiring a lawyer please refund my money. Very disappointed.
