I was disappointed with it at first. When I plugged it in, the monitor defaulted to the native resolution it recognized from the splitter. 1080 interlaced at 30Hz. The screen was a little blurry. Not sharp. After 2 weeks of trial and error I found that I had to go to the NVIDIA video card setup and set the resolution to 1080p@59Hz rather than the native resolution for the signal to be recognized. Now the monitor is crystal clear on both outputs. I am very happy with the device. I've read that other people have had problems with DVI monitors, especially when using a DVI to HDMI adapter. It was the answer.
