I loved the pair I bought from this company with velcro closures. I accidentally bought two pairs of shoelaces before my baby was born (I chose the color without realizing they were different) and when I opened them and realized they weren't the Velcro ones, it was too late to return them. We only opened them about a month ago when my baby's feet were big enough for them. The elastic lace broke on one pair after just a few uses. The second pair had one of the plastic straps on the boot broken when I took them out of my pocket so they won't stay.
