Overall quality was good, especially for the price. However, it is "one size fits all" and I found it didn't fit me. I'm 5'8" tall, of average build, and found the knee pads too short to wrap around my knees. Technically, I could stretch the straps to accommodate them, but that would cut off blood flow to the legs. If If I had to give these rubbers a true size I would say they are small.I once had sunroof knee pads and wore medium ones which fitted well and were comfortable.Not done much with these and I had to return them
