Great product for the money! My guinea pig accidentally chewed my string so I needed one ASAP and it was a great choice! I received within 24 hours of ordering with no problems. The cable is very long, which is great, but there are also velcro straps to tie the cable if you don't need that much length. The travel bag is excellent, it has a velcro pocket and an open pocket. The charger also comes with a wall plug that plugs directly from the battery pack into an outlet instead of a cord. This is another alternative to a shorter cable and I suspect it can charge faster if plugged in directly, but don't quote me on that! Overall excellent value for money and seems to be working well so far.
