I needed to make room to store my spices and herbs. After much deliberation about options and a few tries that just didn't work for me, I settled on these magnetic stands. I didn't have to use the "bars" - the shelves on the side of my fridge are VERY strong, making access to the spice and herb jars extremely convenient, and it freed up a large drawer in my kitchen AND a shelf in my baking rack . My kitchen looks more organized and these shelves make access to the jars a lot easier. These items are PERFECT and the magnet is very strong!
