I was seeking for a little fan that actually worked that was black (!) in color, and this option seemed to me to be the best choice because it met both of those criteria. You can plug it in, position it wherever you like, and enjoy the increased airflow. But my joy was short-lived when I realized that the package containing the black fan also contained a white one. This brought on an unbearable sense of loss for me. They answered only after four days, when I had already spat on everything and removed all of the tags / stickers from the fan. The seller had given me a gift and signed the postcard, so I didn't want to create problems for him with returns, especially since it's not a fact that black would be available (which I wanted to know by writing to the indicated number if there were problems with the order), especially since it's not a fact that black would be available. I am unable to fully get how one could have such a "customer focus" but at the same time being completely unwilling to assist or try to comprehend the circumstance.
