What in the world is this?

I'm so frustrated with this thing I don't know where to begin. The instructions could have been much clearer, especially when you have several pieces you need to layer before attaching them. It should have been more of a step-by-step instruction instead of one giant picture where it can be hard to see where things attach. Speaking of attaching, no tools were included to tighten the bolts. I guess if you're lucky enough to have the right wrench on-hand, then you're okay. After assembling several pieces of furniture lately, I have a couple from manufactures that thought enough of their customers to include one. Unfortunately, none of them fit this.As you can see from pictures, whatever machine that punched the holes on one of the pieces didn't punch it all the way through, so I had to use a screwdriver to chisel it the rest of the way. In subsequent pictures, my dolly was FILTHY. It looks used, but I doubt it's actually used since it's essentially unusable. Now comes the best part. I included a picture of these pins that are supposed to hold the washers and wheels in place. HOW?!?! They fall out! I can't believe they're charging almost $200 for this filthy piece of garbage with no quality control. It's a HARD NO for me. Use that money and hire a mover or something.
