This Bell Contour adult cycling helmet is very durable, of medium thickness, which makes it comfortably light on my head. The straps are easy to adjust and I love that they allow you to get a nice, snug fit without feeling like you're cutting off circulation. It fits snugly to your head and feels very protective, but lets you stay cool and breathable thanks to the built in vents and the way it's built overall (it goes over your ears so you can easily wear the headphones can wear). A lot of bike helmets feel so clunky and too bulky, but this one does the job and doesn't feel as clunky, which I like. I am a woman in my 40's and it sits comfortably on my head as well as my 14 year old son's head. To be honest I only have good things to say about it so this household gets two thumbs up!
