Unusable USB card reader

Initially I was very satisfied with the product and it is really a very practical SD card case as it takes up very little space and fits perfectly in the Amazon Basics Go Pro case. However, now I am very disappointed as the supplied USB card reader does not work. USB card reader keeps failing when copying large files. In fact, it's completely useless. Do not rely on the USB card reader that came with the product.
