They're every bit as good as Harley-Davidson and probably made by the same company. Very strong, easy to install (read the WARNING) and great chrome. There are no instructions but you can find them on the Harley website. ATTENTION! Only remove ONE plastic disc at a time or the mounting plate will fall off under the fender and be almost impossible to reattach without removing the rear wheel. Follow the directions for part #5240090 EXACTLY and you'll be done in about 10-15 minutes!
