"How does this product fit”? Strange question about shoe care. I have been using this product for 45 years. Why? Because it works! That's why. It does what its name says. It keeps snow off your smooth leather shoes. I suppose if you're not into suede trimmings it will handle suede shoes as well. Wait! Yes, because I used it on suede boots! (I was going to wear them in mud, slush and mud anyway.) If you want your shoes to be snow and water resistant, follow the instructions and you will have it. I have found that the best way to apply is with your fingers and wearing rubber gloves. Rub into skin and seams. Leave the shoes in a warm place for about an hour. Go back and wipe the shoes with a soft cloth. That's all.
