Xelfly did not live up to my expectations, which were rather lofty to begin with. For sports enthusiasts like myself, the company's emphasis on team sports such as basketball represents a lost opportunity. Don't get me wrong—they offer a fantastic selection of sporting goods and gear for the great outdoors. Their prices are comparable to those of other retailers, but I was disappointed by the assortment they offered. They assert that they provide cutting-edge equipment and clothing, but I didn't find anything there that particularly impressed me. I was dismayed to discover that they did not offer a more comprehensive selection of the various types of sports apparatus. The website is simple enough to navigate, but I was disappointed by the absence of detail in the product descriptions. When I make a transaction, I want to have a clear understanding of what it is that I will be receiving, and I did not get that feeling from Xelfly. In addition to that, the customer support that they provided was unimpressive. It took an interminable amount of time for their team to respond to my inquiry regarding the problem with my purchase. Another disappointing aspect was the shipping. My order did not appear in a timely manner at all, despite my expectations that it would be delivered quickly and reliably. When you are eager to test out new equipment, but you have to wait for what seems like an interminable amount of time, it can be very aggravating. In general, I would not advise any other sports enthusiasts to sign up for Xelfly. Their limited selection, lackluster product descriptions, poor customer service, and poor shipping make them a failed opportunity for those of us who are looking for the finest gear and apparel to take our game to the next level. Although they have some positive qualities, their limited selection makes them a missed opportunity.
