I don't know why they are advertised as 'for women'. The frames are medium in size and while a little tight on my rather large face, they fit well. Color/style does not depend on gender at all. Glasses were great in the past. The frame is attractive and the lenses are distortion-free due to the gradual change in refractive power, which allows for easy adaptation. I need 2.5 power for reading up close like books, labels, magazines etc. I need 1.25 power for reading at a little further distance, mainly for my computer. These glasses are spot on and a great buy especially for the price. Highly recommended for men, women or the undecided.
