Review on Contigo by Julio Roberts

Where Kitchen Dreams Go to Wither and Die is Contigo.

As someone who takes pleasure in the kitchen and strives to maintain order within it, I had great hopes for Contigo. Unfortunately, my encounter with this online company can best be described as a living nightmare in the kitchen. At first sight, the variety of products could seem to be quite extensive; nonetheless, you shouldn't be tricked by this impression. The majority of the things are of poor quality and are not worth the price at all. And don't even get me started on the ways in which they solve problems with storage and management. They are, in essence, nothing more than flimsy plastic boxes that have been adorned with ornate labels. The fact that their website is such a muddled mess only makes matters worse. It looks like they got a child to do the designing for them. Finding what you are searching for is an exercise in aggravation, and good luck trying to get in touch with their customer care if you run into any issues. I have a strong suspicion that they merely have a bunch of automated software responding to emails with canned responses. And while we're talking about them, let's speak about their supposedly "excellent customer service." It's a joke. After I contacted them with a complaint, they were unhelpful and unconcerned with my situation. It is abundantly evident that they do not care about the happiness of their clients. In general, if you care about both your sanity and your kitchen, you should steer clear of the Contigo. Believe me when I say the hassle isn't worth it.
