I love them for their ease of use and efficiency of the softening process. My biggest complaint is their strength, which I find extremely brittle. Thank goodness there were two in the pack because I dropped one on the floor and it broke the first time I used it. It was lying on top of the cabinet and accidentally bumped into it, and when it hit the floor it broke in two, with the handle and part of the spike being two assembled pieces. Should be able to glue it back but that should never happen and you can see they just glued it together with a thin and weak bead of glue. I'll be back with Gorilla Glue and maybe I'll be able to save this device. That inept congregation aside, I love them and hope to use them for years to come.
