Well I just spent $16. I don't like doing this! I think the lip balm cannot be returned. I was so excited about this product because I've had Burt's Bees Shimmer Champagne Lip Balm for years and it's overpriced and hard to find. I really liked the EcoLips lip balm (although my favorites are no longer made). I have horribly chapped lips all the time and I really need to use lip balm. I've tried all three colors/flavors and they all do the same thing to my lips: make them burn. And not a little, but bad. I also find the extreme taste just awful. They don't even taste like they should, just awfully sweet, and what's worse, it's impossible not to lick your lips and your tongue burns too. I wanted them to like it so much that I keep trying. I'm currently wearing Pixie Dust and can't wait to get my lips cleaned! Mine weren't that shiny either. For me, this is a complete letdown. I have three unopened tubes and I don't want to force them on anyone.
