I carefully read all the good and bad reviews of this food processor before purchasing it. I chose it because I don't have room for a large stand mixer and I wanted a more powerful blender because I bake artesian breads. In fact, I didn't even know about the surge of power I could use now. Despite the fact that many people haven't reviewed dough hooks; that interested me the most. I happened to be ready to knead a double batch of tartine bread dough the day my mixer arrived. I've found bread hooks work great. I included all but half a cup of 900 grams of flour, 200 of which was whole grains with dough hooks. That's 5 cups of flour; with wheat, which makes the dough thicker. Easy to clean! I love this new blender!
