Good openers. They feel sturdy like they will last a lifetime. The center section is magnetic or has a magnet under the rubberized center grip, but it's not very strong. I attached one to the front of my fridge but it frequently fell off and eventually bounced off so it was permanently stuck under my fridge. I guess I can't really blame him for that, but it would be nice if I could keep it there in front of my fridge, ready to free my beer from their glass prisons. However, it is excellent as a bottle opener. Edit: To be honest when I went back to look at the description they weren't advertised as magnetic. They stick to my fridge or microwave, but not very tightly.
