Excellent quality strap for Fitbit HR. Just as good or better than the original. Fits on site and installation was very easy. The block snapped into place with minimal manipulation. I had to look up YouTube videos to figure out how to put it on. The company should at least provide some basic instructions or maybe a link to their website or video so you can get the gist. In any case, the group continues to work smoothly. Here are some tips and comments: 1. You will receive two screw removers (screwdrivers). I just used a small torx screwdriver. I have no idea what the other one is for. 2. The small screwdriver DOES NOT have a magnetic head to hold very small screws, so take a small pair of tweezers to put the screws back into the tiny holes before screwing. You will probably get very frustrated using your fingers. 3. Not sure what the plastic triangular tool provided is used for - probably prying out an old rubber band, but who knows. 4. Oddly enough, there is a small self-adhesive lens protector that needs to be removed on the OUTSIDE of the new strap BUT there is also another film INSIDE that is easy to miss, so remove that too! 5. It would be nice if they sold AVERAGE. The little one is too small and the big one is probably too big. If I order again, I get a large one and then simply cut off the excess ribbon material at the end. I am very grateful to these aftermarket companies that allow users to keep their Fitbits running. I've previously bought a Fitbit strap that runs down the center of the device and it's great. After applying this tape, I replaced the extra medium-sized tape to keep everything in place and increase the reliability of the entire product. My Fibit is now living its third life! Four stars for quality. There is a star deduction for the fact that the user has to guess a little and make up his own mind.
