Feed dock not working

Received this as a gift. The feeder dock did not work right out of the box. Part of the wand works, but the feed dock does not feed paper. After searching the internet for solutions, I came across many people who seemed to be having the same problem, but no solution was found. Do not worry.

NO BATTERY?! the best of scanners

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother and decided to give it to her early but when she opened it there was no battery in it. I'm so sad. I paid almost $60 for it? This is unacceptable. Someone needs to contact me ASAP

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mum and decided to give it to her early, However, when she opened it, there was no battery inside. I'm so sad. I paid almost $60 for it? This is unacceptable. Someone needs to contact me ASAP

Feeder dock not working

PANSCN10 - EXCELLENT!

The scanner has been running for about 2 years without any problems. The battery has never failed. One of its best features is the DOC; With the scanner in the docking station, scanning couldn't be easier or faster. Don't try to keep the document upright and still. Don't try to hold two or more corners when scanning. Unusually thick documents won't fit, jams are easy to clear, just stop and open. I made a tote bag for him because I couldn't find one.
