It doesn't work very well
I wanted to replace my broken coffee warmer, this one sounded fine. My flat-bottomed mug didn't heat up enough even at the highest temperature. The touch customization didn't work very well, it took several attempts to change it. The auto shut off was great. Once my coffee has cooled, it no longer heats up.
