I've kayaked with it a few times. I'm 5ft 10", 160lbs, small chested but slightly muscular. It fits very well, but it's very, very tight through my hands so it's an ordeal to put on. Once put on it is very comfortable. Arms I continue to feel tense, but not to the point of pain or discomfort. It seems well made and durable. I don't get cold in it, and if I get too hot, a quick soak solves that problem. I would recommend this suit as good quality and value for money but be careful hand tightening.
