I have bought this pen several times to do calligraphy and just to write greetings in greeting cards. The double tips allow me to make different types of lines. It's great and the pen lasts for a reasonable amount of time. But the last two pens I ordered came with one or both caps in the box. How hard would it be to wrap this pen before throwing it in the envelope to prevent this from happening? I have sent both back and am ordering a different pen. Not because I think it's not a great pen, but because the carrier can't pack it properly to deliver it safe and sound.
