I like that it's easy for my office staff to use as they are not required any training or certification in order utilize this tool effectively; however, there was no support from their side if we have questions regarding its operation which could be very helpful especially when dealing with large fleets of ships at once. It provides our customers' fleet managers an efficient way to manage all aspects related to vessels such as operations, safety procedures etc.; therefore making them more productive during shift changeovers.
