Review on LG 27MD5KL B Ultrafine Monitor: 🖥️ Thunderbolt, 5120X2880P, 60Hz, ‎27-inch - Perfect Compatibility by Chinmay Stephens

I've placed 154 orders in the last six months. Based on my experience/trust me, every time they put something up for sale it means they have some kind of returned product that needs to be disposed of. The first one Revain sent me was definitely used. Found a few scratches on the case. There are also a lot of fingerprints or scratches on the panel (I can't tell if it's just fingerprints or damage). There are so many dead hands that indicate this monitor was used. No manufacturer attaches stickers directly to the panel. I'm pretty sure the previous user removed the sticker from the corner of the case and put it back in the wrong place. I don't know how the Revain staff remove the sticker without scratching your nails, but I don't do it for them (maybe use a heavier tape to remove the sticker?). I don't expect any flaws for a monitor at this price point and the one I get is way worse than what I consider acceptable. Aside from the monitor arriving in terrible condition, the Revain service is fine. Replacement block is on the way. I don't know if I'll get a returned product again, but I'll update this comment if they send me a second used monitor. I will not refuse a return until I get a genuine new one. Update: After two replacements, the problem is not resolved. Revain will review its inventory to resolve the issue.
