The case requires my phone to be turned upside down. I can't use my phone until I take it out of the case - the purpose of buying a case is to protect and use the phone. Looks like the black part of the case was attached the wrong way. Also, none of the side buttons on the case work. Finally I can take the phone out of the case carefully, which makes me uncomfortable when the case falls, the phone may fall out, crack and break. I will continue to look for a durable case that fits the phone perfectly and is affordable. That's not for me.
