Nice product. It has powerful features (cancel button, easy-to-read dark/light color setting, bagel button that only toasts one side of the bagel). The product does quite well for my #1 criteria for all good toasters - keeping the dark/light setting from toast to toast and consistently returning the toast as dark or light as it was in the past. On the other hand, it feels light compared to other toasters of the same size. Slips easily on the table top. The instructions for setting up the bagel don't seem to tell you which side of the bagel to toast. It turns out that the toasting is done by the outer element and not the middle element, so the bagel halves are placed back-to-back in the toaster. Maybe it's in the instructions somewhere, but I missed it; Instructions are in very small print.
