You won't lose anything with this keychain. I bought this to replace a similar keychain after losing my Rambler Swiss Army Knife and K18 AAA flashlight. In a few months of using this keychain I haven't lost anything. The clip is more durable than it looks and the release pressure is higher than expected. The titanium appears to be of good quality and relatively light. I like this keychain very much. I lost $50 worth of items from my previous keychain and I regret not spending a little more and getting this one first.
