Looks nice and works great.
Spoke to a technician who answered all my questions on Friday at 9pm! Use the included nozzles to easily convert to LPG. The large LPG nozzle (0.93) did not allow the large burner to ignite on all connections, it was replaced by a small NG nozzle (1.0). Works perfectly! The mains gas connection requires a standard 1/2" NPT tapered to 1/2" flare ($4 at any HW store). I don't know why other buyers had connection issues.
