Overall I am very happy with this decorative inlay. It was easy to install - just use a low temperature heat gun or hair dryer to heat the adhesive and improve adhesion. The grain matches the original car well, but looks a bit shinier depending on the viewing angle. I expect the finish to become more and more matt over time.
