I have never eaten Jan's pizza and was very enthusiastic about this pizza. We love pizza and this pan was perfect for heating pizza in the oven. Nothing superfluous and the crust turned out great. We keep a few pizzas in the freezer for a quick and easy snack, and we love to bake in this pan. The crust came out great every time we used this pan to cook our pizza. I used to have to cut frozen pizza into multiple slices and place them on a baking sheet to bake, which was very frustrating and the pizza just didn't look right for this type of business. I now really enjoy serving company pizza because it comes out of the oven like a pizza should be - round and perfectly baked. The pizza didn't stick to the pan, so it's easy to clean. Pizza is our family's favorite pizza. I would buy this item again if I needed a different pizza pan. It's very easy to clean. Well, writing this review made me hungry so now I'm going to go make some pizza! I recommend this pizza pan.
