I've tried everything but I can't get the fingerprint scanner to work. Before installing the screen protector, I removed the old fingerprint and enabled touch sensitivity. I put a protective film on and cleaned the screen again. Then I went into biometrics and tried to add a fingerprint. The screen just asks you to press a little harder or make sure you cover the entire scanner. I bought this screen protector because it needed to be lightweight (just like the original screen). Didn't do it. Just a waste of my money and on top of that their customer service reps are a bad joke. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this junk.
